Our forums are powered by phpBB (hereinafter “they”, “them”, “their”, “phpBB software”, “www.phpbb.com”, “phpBB Group”, “phpBB Teams”) which is a bulletin board solution released under the “General Public License” (hereinafter “GPL”) and can be downloaded from www.phpbb.com. The phpBB software only facilitates internet based discussions, the phpBB Group are not responsible for what we allow and/or disallow as permissible content and/or conduct. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “Hogwarts.RPStorm.com” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “Hogwarts.RPStorm.com” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “Hogwarts.RPStorm.com” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
1. Register with the name of the character you intend to play. Do not register under a web handle (log-in name) such as “SnapesWifey” or “xXBooYahXx”. Characters created under such handles will not be approved as such handles will be deleted within 48hours of creation.
2. Use one (1) e-mail address for all of your characters. This site allows multiple accounts under one (1) e-mail so that members are not required to make new e-mail accounts for every character.
3. DO NOT REGISTER TO PLAY CHARACTERS FROM THE BOOKS, MOVIES, OR OTHER HARRY POTTER RELATED MEDIA. Likewise do not register to play characters from other books, movies, or other sources. Your character should be 1000riginal.
4. Register from a grounded IP address. To prevent site SPAM, all accounts registered from known forum SPAM or IPHider IP addresses will be deleted and have the address blocked.
By clicking "I agree to these terms" you are also submitting that you have read and agree to all content of the Rules and are at least 16 years of age. The registration password is located within the rules.
Note: “0” observes the right to revise and modify the Rules and the contents therein at any time, provided an announcement is made to notify members of the change. By clicking "I agree to these terms" you are accepting the personal responsibility to pay attention to Announcements, especially those in regards to changes affecting the Rules. Ignorance of the Policy, the contents therein and any modifications to said items is not an excuse.
