2011: History of Magic Class One

[Aiden Campbell]

Smiling, Aiden slipped into the desk next to Poppet and smiled. "How are you, cutie?" He set his books down and leaned back, stretching his legs out.

[Christian Labrie]

Christian walked into History of Magic, hoping he wasn't going to be late...but not really caring if he was. He wasn't having a good day and sitting through a boring history lecture was the last thing he wanted. He considered skipping briefly but thought it might be more fun to stir up a little bit of trouble. And there certainly wasn't a worse class for trouble than this one. Christian liked the challenge.

Entering the room, he quickly surveyed his surroundings. Aiden going after Poppet. No surprise he was turning his charms on a girl...but on little Poppet? Christian would settle that later. And then there was the group of Slytherins sitting around Sajan. A ticking time bomb. Christian smiled, his mood already improving. He quickly slid into a seat in the middle of the room where he could keep an eye on the action. Now to help it along a little...

"Hey! Sajan! You might want to pull your wand out pretty soon...you're surrounded by idiots." he shouted to Sajan, hoping the kid was foolish enough to do what he said. A nice little fight would turn his terrible day around quickly.

[Bridgette Malone]

Bridgette giggled with both hands over her mouth as if that would hide the musical sound of her entertainment at those mischievous Slytherin boys being called idiots by their own housemate. She gave Christian a playful push at the shoulder on her way to have a seat in the front row.

"What are we covering today Professor?

She was VERY excited to be back at school this year and even more excited to be in her history of magic class. She loved professor Ora and especially loved History of Magic. It held the same interest for her that watching the History channel held for some muggles.

Tally joined the class and sat in the back with every intention of nodding off with the same sort of boredom her father displayed when Binns was the professor.

[Poppet]

When Aidan joined her, Poppet couldn't help but cover face with her hands trying to hide how red she just turned. She just started giggling uncontrollably. Cutie... wow....

Cece came into class and looked at the board. She was a little glad there was nothing to read straight off. Made the class seem less stressful. Taking a seat Cece smiled to the professor waiting for class to start.

Rikki wasn’t a fan of History class but she needed to take it so here she was. Seeing Sajan with his head down Peter sitting behind him looking like a snake about to strike made Rikki giggle.

“Hey how are you guys doing?”

She addressed the whole gaggle of boys that were around her two best friends. Sajan was her best and oldest friend. Peter was a new friend but one she had gotten to know really well over the summer…well about as good as anyone could know Peter really. He had a lot of wall put up.

“You okay Sajan?”

Rikki asked since his head was down.

“Looks like a full crowd. We planning something?”

Rikki asked sitting with the group in the free seat next to Steven. Where there was Steven there was usually Ana but Rikki didn’t see her which made her a little sad.

“Ana about?”

She asked Steven hopefully.

Steven looked over as Rikki sat down. He didn't even think about Ana until she brought it up. He glanced around the room and realized she wasn't there. In fact, she hadn't been in any of his classes besides a few.

"How should I know?" Steven said, yet he once again, glanced around the room and even at the door. It wasn't like her to be late.

[Ana Reynolds]

As if on cue, Ana came rushing in. Her hair was slightly messy and she had hardly any makeup on. She wasn't used to being able to stay up late. Loving the freedom, she stayed up almost until daybreak. She couldn't believe she was almost late. As soon as her eyes landed on Steven, her energy perked up. She set her books down in front of Steven and gave him a hug. It was an awkward hug at that because he was sitting down. That was the biggest thing she missed on break. She never got to see Steven. She smiled at Rikki and waved hi.

[Nariko Tanaka]

Nariko took a seat in the back left corner glad to be seated and on time for a class. Doing as was requested Nariko set out to her work. Rather found of the clam History of Magic gave her.
